Тобі можна подавати заявку на учасника обміну, якщо ти:
- віком від 18 до 30 років
- зацікавлений(а) в проєктах неформальної освіти та темі ментального здоров'я молоді
- хочеш приєднатися до крутого проєкту, знайти друзів та провести час з користю
- можеш працювати на англійській мові
- мотивація до участі, наявність готового біометричного паспорту та днів перебування в шенгені (!!!)

The topic of mental health, especially that of young people, has received more attention in recent time but is still at the fringes of conversations in schools and at home. War, pandemic, societal divisions and a general decrease in stability and societal anchors are only some of the challenges young people face these days. During this Youth Exchange we want to map the needs of young people as regards mental health. We also want to explore challenges as well as possibilities while trying rudimentary methods of immediate help as well as self help. Critical analysis of current societal debate as well as exchange between the participants will also be a fundamental part of this youth exchange.
